It's the craziest thing, but I keep talking to friends and family that keep telling me all the same thing.

"I've never been a fan of lamb and I've NEVER liked the taste!"

If you're like me and you can't stand spicier foods, you can make this milder by using less Cajun spices; in particular the cayenne pepper.

We have been on the road constantly and when you travel or are on-the-go for an extended period of time, oftentimes you long for a good home cooked meal, right?
