Let's talk about one of my favorite Chinese food dishes of all time — Orange Chicken!

However, 99% of the time you get orange chicken, it's loaded with soy, MSG and flour. These are all problematic ingredients we want to avoid at all costs.

To me there is nothing better than when spring arrives because I love the foods and flavors that come along with it.

Plus, it's about time to dust off your grill and get it ready for an amazing spring and summer full of BBQ parties and Paleo picnics.

One combination of flavors that I love to begin incorporating back into my diet throughout the spring and summer months is to add fresh mint with tropical fruits. Pork tenderloin is a classic dish that's easy to make for the whole family.

This recipe is tender, succulent and robust in flavor thanks to the sweet and fresh peach/mint sauce. YUM!

Now, while I don't make pork tenderloin very often, every time I do I'm reminded of just how satisfying and satiating it is. Also, I added a refreshing veggie slaw that pairs extremely well and is an easy side dish to make in just a few short minutes.
