Today's recipe is my Paleo revamping of a classic American dish...Stuffed Bell Peppers!

They're hearty and delicious and we'll be adding some incredible flavors to really kick this dish up a notch.Oftentimes green bell peppers are used in this recipe, which is the least flavorful of peppers. Today we'll be using orange and red bell peppers (or if you prefer yellow) which are all sweeter to taste.

Aside from using ground beef, we'll be adding ground pork as an extra ingredient which will add extra spices and flavor to this dish.
