Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled/cubed sweet potatoes
- 1 small zucchini, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup almond flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add sweet potatoes, zucchini, and broccoli to a food processor and pulse until finely shredded.
