Superfood Fudge

Total time: 2 hours, 10 minutes
Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted/unsweetened cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • ½ cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup melted unrefined coconut oil
  • 2 scoops Paleovalley Superfood Golden Milk Powder
  • 2 Tbsp chopped raw pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Equipment

  • 9x7 rectangle glass dish

Directions

  1. Line a 9x7 rectangle dish with parchment paper. Combine cashew butter, coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and Superfood Golden Milk Powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Spread mixture evenly in the dish. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts, then freeze for 1–2 hours until fudge is firm.

  3. Lift fudge out of dish using parchment paper and slice into squares. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
