It's the craziest thing, but I keep talking to friends and family that keep telling me all the same thing.

"I've never been a fan of lamb and I've NEVER liked the taste!"

I absolutely LOVE lamb! I love the deep earthy flavor of it and if it's on the menu at a restaurant there's about a 90% chance I'm ordering it. wink

If you're already a fan of lamb then you're going to love this recipe today.

Crockpots, in my opinion, is truly the most underused kitchen appliance there is. However, they are definitely the handiest and super simple to clean up! 

I always view them as if they are my sous chef preparing my food while I just go about my day working or running errands. 

You can throw everything in, set it and forget it. A few hours go by and you return to a home smelling like delicious dinner aromas.

I made this recipe this past week and I honestly could not believe how delicious it tasted. Having a few friends over for dinner they said it was some of the tastiest wings they ever taste too. (Hint: It's all in the dipping sauce)

The almond ginger dipping sauce is so savory and tasty. My only recommendation is to make more rather than less. wink Needless to say, this recipe is a homerun!

There is nothing better than having a deliciously cooked pork chop or pork loin but what shocked me about this recipe wasn't the pork chop.

What really set this dish apart was actually the sweet potato mash. I'm not even kidding - it was THAT delicious!

Now before we get to this dish, you may be asking why I loved it so much?

Think of what taste profiles usually come to mind when you have your obligatory Thanksgiving sweet potato casserole. Most likely you have cinnamon, nutmeg, and maybe some allspice or ground cloves in there….
