Rosemary Garlic Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe

Chicken pizza dough offers a unique crust that’s surprisingly similar to traditional dough. But it has the added benefit of being high in protein and low in carbs. Lean ground chicken is the secret, providing the perfect base for this paleo-friendly dough.

This crust consists of just four simple ingredients. Lean ground chicken gives it structure, while an egg binds everything together. A bit of cassava flour absorbs excess moisture to keep the crust crisp, and Rosemary Garlic Seasoning infuses every bite with delicious Italian flavor.

No pizza is complete without tasty toppings. Feel free to add your favorites, like uncured bacon, pepperoni, olives, or even pineapple. For this recipe, I went with paleo-compliant marinara, bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and fresh basil for a mouthwatering, nutrient-packed pizza.
