Paleo Tallow Bread Recipe

This paleo-friendly bread recipe is a breath of fresh air for those seeking a healthier alternative to the often gut-disruptive ingredients found in store-bought breads.

Almond and arrowroot flours, along with Grass Fed Beef Tallow, create a beautifully moist bread perfect for slicing. Tallow is perfect for bread and many baked goods because it adds plenty of moisture with a mild flavor that lets the other ingredients shine.

Additionally, tallow's high smoke point means it can handle high temperatures without oxidizing and producing harmful compounds, unlike the oils used in most breads. And this ingredient is not just about texture and taste - it's packed with anti-inflammatory fatty acids beneficial for heart health.

Like artisan breads you might find at the local bakery, this loaf is generously sprinkled with nutrient-packed seeds. The inclusion of pumpkin and sesame seeds enhances not just the bread's texture and taste but also its health benefits, offering a rich source of vitamins and minerals with each crunchy bite.
