Chocolate Protein Waffles

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup blanched almond flour
- 2 scoops Paleovalley Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 2 large pasture-raised eggs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Coconut oil for greasing

- Waffle maker
Directions
- Whisk together almond flour and Chocolate Whey Protein Powder in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and coconut milk and whisk until smooth.
- Heat waffle iron to medium-high setting. Once iron is hot, grease with coconut oil and add half of the waffle batter. Close lid and cook 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove waffle and transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve waffles warm topped with fresh berries, butter and maple syrup.
