Savory Olive Oil, Rosemary, and Garlic Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- ½ cup cassava flour
- 2 Tbsp Paleovalley Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
- ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 2 large pasture-raised eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Paleovalley Olive Oil
Equipment
- Muffin tin
- Muffin liners
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with 6 muffin liner cups. Grease with cooking oil spray. In a small mixing bowl, stir together almond flour, cassava flour, baking powder, and Rosemary Garlic Seasoning.
- In a separate medium mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk and olive oil. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet.
- Divide between 6 muffin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool muffins at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before removing from muffin pan.
