Paleovalley Tropical Panna Cotta Recipe

Tropical Panna Cotta

Total time: 4 hours, 13 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

For Filling

  • 2 cups full fat unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 2 scoops Paleovalley Supergreens, Tropical Flavor 
  • 2 tsp grass fed gelatin powder 

For Topping

  • Chopped mango
  • Chopped kiwi 
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut 

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • 4 (4-ounce) jars or ramekins

Directions

  1. Add coconut milk to a medium saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow gelatin to bloom. 
  2. Place saucepan on stove over medium-low heat. Heat until mixture is steaming, about 3 minutes. Turn heat off and whisk in Supergreens Powder. 
  3. Divide mixture between 4 small glass cups or ramekins. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to refrigerator for 3-4 hours to set. 
  4. Serve chilled topped with chopped mango, kiwi and coconut flakes.
