Spaghetti Squash Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey 
  • 4 Tbsp grass fed butter 
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked/seeded/and flesh reserved 
  • 1 cup broccoli florets 
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup julienned carrots 
  • ½ cup hot water 
  • 2 scoops Paleovalley Savory Bone Broth Protein Powder 
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil

  1. Heat ground turkey over medium heat in a large skillet. Use a spatula to break up into small pieces. Cook for 5-7 minutes, uncovered. 

  2. Add butter to skillet. Stir in cooked spaghetti squash, broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots. 

  3. Stir together hot water and bone broth powder. Pour over turkey and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 

  4. Serve hot topped with fresh basil.
