Sweet Dreams Strawberry Shortcake Protein Balls

Serves: 4 (2 protein balls per serving)
Ingredients
- 4 scoops Paleovalley Strawberries and Cream Sleep Protein
- ⅓ cup blanched almond flour
- ½ cup nut butter at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil (if needed)
- 1 Tbsp chopped or crushed freeze dried strawberries

Directions
- Combine sleep protein, almond flour, and nut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and pliable.
- Roll into 8 equal sized balls. Place on a parchment paper lined tray and freeze for 10 minutes to firm.
- Heat coconut butter over medium low heat in a double-boiler until smooth. If too thick, add a teaspoon of coconut oil or full fat coconut milk to thin. Drizzle coconut butter over chilled protein balls. sprinkle with chopped freeze dried strawberries. Return to freezer for 10 minutes.
- Store protein balls in an airtight container in refrigerator.
