Strawberries & Cream Bedtime Treat Bites

Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut butter
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 6 scoops Paleovalley Strawberries and Cream Sleep Protein
Equipment
- Double boiler
- Silicone mold or glass dish
Directions
- Heat coconut butter and coconut cream over medium-low heat in a double boiler until melted.
- Remove from heat and gradually whisk in sleep protein. Spoon mixture into a 12-cavity silicone tray or pour into a glass rectangle dish. Refrigerate until solid.
- Remove from tray and store in refrigerator in an airtight container. If using a glass dish, slice into 12 squares.
