Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

I’ll be honest, when I first saw this recipe, I wasn’t totally convinced a mashed banana, protein powder, and a few simple ingredients could turn into cookies that actually tasted like cookies. But WOW, these Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies surprised me in the best way!

These 4-ingredient mashed banana protein cookies are soft, chewy, chocolatey, and topped with flaky sea salt.

They bake up with crisp edges, soft centers, melty chocolate, and that little sprinkle of sea salt that makes every bite taste even better. They’re not your average dry, crumbly gluten-free cookie. They’re rich, chewy, and satisfying in a way that feels like a real treat.

These soft and chewy protein chocolate chip cookies are made with mashed banana and simple nourishing ingredients.

The secret is Paleovalley Vanilla Bone Broth Protein. It adds high-quality collagen protein to help keep you full while supporting healthy-looking skin, strong nails, joints, and gut health. And because the vanilla flavor blends right into the dough, you get a rich, sweet cookie without any “protein powder” taste.

These easy 4-ingredient protein cookies combine mashed banana, tahini, chocolate chips, and vanilla protein powder.

These are perfect when you want something sweet in the afternoon, after a workout, or after dinner, but still want it to do more for your body than a typical cookie. I’m so excited for you to try this one. Let me know what you think!
