I have officially rekindled my love for pancakes and waffles as of this last week.

It's no secret to any of my friends that I love brunch. It's usually my splurge meal on Saturdays, but I still like to keep it 100% gluten-free.My favorite brunch spots back in San Diego knew how to make some incredible gluten-free french toast and so this past weekend was the perfect opportunity to see if I could find a solution to my issue.
