  • Shallow glass dish

Directions

  1. Cube chicken into small pieces and place in a shallow glass dish. Stir together coconut aminos and Everything Seasoning. Pour over chicken. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to 8 hours. 
  3. To Cook: drain marinade from chicken and discard. 
  4. Grease a large cast iron skillet with cooking oil and heat for 3 minutes over medium heat. 
  5. Add chicken pieces to hot skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes for even cooking. Serve hot.
