The secret to next-level crispiness? Grass Fed Tallow. This traditional cooking fat has been used for generations to create perfectly golden, flavorful fries—without the inflammatory seed oils found in most fried foods. It withstands high heat, locks in moisture, and gives these fries an irresistible texture while delivering essential fat-soluble vitamins your body craves.

A few simple tricks make all the difference. Soaking the potatoes creates a crispier texture, while a light toss in arrowroot powder and spices adds a crispy, flavorful finish. No deep fryer needed—just a hot oven for fries that taste as indulgent as they look.
