5 Ways to Eat Coconut Oil Daily

1. Veggie Superfood Smoothie:

Ingredients:
4 sprigs broccoli
¼ cup organic kale
¼ organic spinach
1 scoop Paleovalley Grass-Fed Whey
1 tsp. coconut oil
½ cup filtered water

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Be sure to add the whey last and to mix on lowest speed to preserve the fragile proteins and prevent frothiness.

2. Refreshing Detox Smoothie:

Ingredients:
¼ cup organic blueberries 
½ bunch organic parsley
¼ cup lemon
¼ cup organic ginger root peeled
Handful of organic spinach
1 tsp. coconut oil
½ cup filtered water

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

3. Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie:

Ingredients:
⅓ cup organic frozen cherries
½ cup coconut milk (full fat or unsweetened almond milk)
1 scoop Paleovalley Grass-fed Chocolate Whey - Chocolate
1 tsp. coconut oil
5 ice cubes

Ingredients:
1 organic carrot
½ organic apple
½ organic lemon
Handful of organic spinach and romaine

5. Avocado Banana Smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 organic avocado (halved, pitted and peeled)
½ organic banana
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (homemade is best!)
½ lemon juice
