Welcome to the Radiate in 28!

Tomorrow is a big day because it's the day you begin reclaiming the vibrant you that you were born to experience!

I want you to know that I am as committed to you reaching your goals as you are.

In fact, there is NOTHING that makes me happier than helping others become their most beautiful, vibrant and happy selves. And because I am SO incredibly committed to your success, I wanted to remind you that,

Tomorrow is the beginning of a really important, life-altering adventure!

So take today to prepare emotionally and physically so that tomorrow you can burst off the starting blocks. And in case you haven't listened to your preparation video yet, here are a few things you can do today to EXPONENTIALLY increase your chances of success tomorrow and for the next 28 days.

1. Watch ALL of the videos.

There are many pieces in the "vibrant health" puzzle and each section is as important as the next. If you don't watch and understand each section, your results may suffer and that would make me very sad. So watch the videos pretty please!

2. Set a specific goal.

If you could wave your magic wand and achieve one thing at the end of this challenge, what would it be? Know it. Write it down. And keep it with you where you can see it often, to re-inspire you on rainy days.

3. Commit Publicly.

Don't forget to introduce yourself to our Facebook page! Other wellness warriors are there ready to support you (including ME!). There are also helpful videos that cover many aspects of the program. It's also wise to make your goal public to increase your motivation and accountability. So leave a comment on our private Facebook page about who you are, what you're here to achieve and how you need to be supported. Oh, and also be sure to tell those you love what you're up to, so they can support you too!

4. Take your measurements and "before" pictures!

I know some of you will be reticent to do this but PLEASE DO! Seeing the transformation once the challenge is over is incredible and no one has to see your picture if you don't want them to. So many people regret not doing this after the fact. Please don't be one of them!

5. Meal prep

Clear your kitchen of junk food, get healthy go-to snacks, batch bake and sequester food to one room of to house! Also make sure to have your pantry and kitchen stocked with the delicious, nutrient dense foods that will make you feel your best. 6. Subscribe to our podcast!
