Have you ever reached a health goal, only to find that a few months later you're back where you started?

I think most people have. In fact, I KNOW people have because 95% of those who lose weight today gain it all back within one year. Sixty percent of them end up heavier than they were before.

And while this is definitely at least partially due to misguided dietary strategies, another MAJOR reason you can't achieve (or sustain) your health goals could be emotional.
