In case you haven't noticed, eating healthfully takes TIME.

What do you think of Gordon Ramsey?

I know when I first saw him on T.V. he left a pretty sour taste in my mouth with how abrasive he acted. But after years of following his cooking, I truly believe he's earned the right to be honest with people. He's that good and I think it's mostly for show. wink

But I've been fortunate enough to eat at a few of his restaurants during special occasions in my life, and each time it's a dining experience.

The flavors in this dish are out of this world delicious so I had to share with you immediately!

I made a few healthy Paleo tweaks so it would be healthier, but still tender and perfectly succulent.

It's the craziest thing, but I keep talking to friends and family that keep telling me all the same thing.

"I've never been a fan of lamb and I've NEVER liked the taste!"
