How long after applying should I expect to be approved?

Why was I not approved?
At Paleovalley, our team carefully reviews each and every wholesale inquiry. If you received an email that you were not approved, it is likely because you did not meet all of the requirements listed above.
Does Paleovalley offer alternative payment terms?
Not at this time. All product orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
How does the program vary for Canadian wholesale partners?
Duties will be included in your shipping charges. All order pricing and invoicing will be shown and paid in US Dollars.
Does Paleovalley offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on wholesale orders over $2,500 USD, otherwise, all shipping charges are passed onto the wholesaler at cost. Shipping prices vary depending on volume and weight of each order. On average, we are seeing a $10-$40 domestic shipping charge which varies for Canadian wholesale partners since duties are also included.
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping time depends on quantity and location. For US orders, average shipping is 2-4 business days. For Canadian orders, average shipping is 2-3 weeks depending on customs and location. *All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
What happens to my order after it is placed?
Your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment center after it has been paid in full. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed and placed into the shipping queue.
How can I pay?
All wholesale orders are sent through invoices from Bill.com and you will be prompted to pay once you’ve received an invoice. Please do not send Paleovalley your payment information. You will complete this step independently.
How do I place an order?
Once accepted into the program, a member of our team will email you with next steps.
Can I order independently?
Not at this time. We are working on an external ordering system but it’s not currently available. Once accepted into the wholesale program, you will receive a welcome email explaining this process.
Can I order samples?
Yes, please specify this in your application in the “Notes / Anything else we should know about your business” section. If accepted into the program, a member of our team will reach out to you for more information, if needed.
I have a successful podcast and would like to promote Paleovalley, should I apply through the wholesale program?
