Adequate sleep is PARAMOUNT for vibrant health. I've seen this first hand.
Fortunately, after a ton of research and trying just about everything, we found 2 strategies that worked and combined them for dramatic results.
So if you've tried everything but still struggle with sleep try making what we call our SWEET SLEEP tea.
It was inspired by sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus, who wrote The Power of When (you might have seen him on the Doctor Oz Show).
Here's how you make it:
- Take an organic banana and cut it in half
- Place the banana (with the peel) into boiling water
- Boil for 10 minutes
- Pour the water into a cup
- Add 1 tsp of raw, local honey
- Sip away
If you are pre-diabetic, diabetic or just have issues with blood sugar (like me!) then just make the banana tea and skip the honey.
Everyone is different. My husband sleeps better when he uses the honey. I feel better when I skip it.
Experiment to find what works for you.
If you're feeling crazy, try steeping chamomile tea and adding it to the mix.
